Contemporary research identifies that girls begin to lose their confidence and self-esteem as young as 12 years old.
They struggle physically, academically, socially and emotionally. They are influenced and silenced by parents and teachers who reward people-pleasing behaviours and as well, they are influenced by social media that sets unattainable standards for them.
This one-day workshop for tween girls will teach:
- How to be real instead of nice
- How to get body confident
- How to recognize personal assets
- How to recognize and deal with pressures from peers about drugs and sexual activity.
In a safe, activity driven and fun environment, tweens will recognize their own GIRL POWER!
